I harness my life experience of trauma, depression and recovery, as well as my knowledge of psychology, to help others in their journey back to themselves. I have a lot of compassion for those who are struggling, as I’ve been there before!
Through my journey of growth, I came to deeply believe that getting to know and love ourselves is a vital prerequisite to having a healthy mind, healthy relationships and a fulfilling life. When we learn our ins and outs, we’re better equipped to deal with the ups and downs of life and can develop practices to help us grow and thrive.
Meditation greatly informs my practice, as it’s a direct, accessible way to really get to know ourselves. Some people think it’s about clearing your mind, but it’s actually just about observation! I really enjoy helping people experience first hand the benefits of this simple practice.
