I have been passionate about alternative therapies and yoga since my first trip to India in 2008 where I spent time volunteering in a clinic which was using yoga, aromatherapy and massage to treat clients injuries. This experience inspired me to do healing and bodywork; so back in the UK I enrolled for a Swedish massage course. One year after I met my reiki master who initiated me to this amazing healing art and my interest in alternative therapies grew further.
Over the years I have explored different massage styles and thecniques which led me in 2011 to complete an ITEC complementary course in Anatomy & Physiology, Aromatherapy and Reflexology. I also hold qualifications in Deep tissue and Pregnancy massage.
I have been working in corporates, healing events and festivals, affordable massage clinics, volunteered in gp practices, hospices and centres for disable children; offering massage and reflexology treatments to people affected from neuro motor diseases, elderly, women in need of psychological support and carers of disabled kids.
In 2012 I found Thai massage during a travel in Thailand. Since then I have developed a passion that lead me to Thailand many times to improve my practice.
I’m certified through the Sunshine School of Thai massage in Chiang Mai with continuing education through several schools and masters in Thailand and UK. In 2018 in India I qualified as hatha yoga instructor. Keeping my practice in yoga discipline and Thai massage I continue my regular travels to Asia and I spread the beautiful art of traditional Thai massage in an affordably.
