Why intuitive life-style coaching?

We live in a world where we are socially connected and highly driven to achieve, be successful in our career, in our relationships and be seen at all times to have mastered the requirements of this world or society. In other words to be a superhuman. However, sometimes along the way things shift in our lives, vulnerability sets in or simply there’s a different internal dialogue.

So, how does intuitive life-style coaching support these transformations?

The objective of intuitive life-style coaching is to support you to release limiting blocks that you have created within you and around you from the initial session. The coaching involves working with the energy that you project as you speak, your body language but also words that I’m intuitively guided towards as you speak. I will identify solutions but essentially it is a partnership between you and me. It can be uncomfortable to be confronted by your issues and weaknesses but necessary in creating a life that is more in keeping with where you are now. The intuitive life-style coaching is there to empower you to courageously meet challenges at every step along the way of your life journey.

Miso Soup with Ginger and Watercress

In this season of turbulent weather it is useful to eat warm cooked foods to strengthen your immune system and nourish your qi.

If you feel yourself coming down with those tell tale early cold symptoms treat yourself to a bowel of Miso Soup with Ginger, Spring Onion and Watercress. to open the exterior and release your wind cold symptoms.

Either 1 pint of bone broth (full of amazing healing properties) or 1 pint of vegetable bouillon


2 Teaspoons of probiotic rich fermented miso stirred into the simmering broth or bouillon

1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger

1 cup of chopped watercress

4 chopped spring onions

Squeeze of half a lemon

Simmer for 1 minute and serve immediately
